User Agreement
Welcome to the waox.ai website, the WeChat Official Account and the "WaoxAI" APP software and other WaoxAI products to use the services we provide. Our services are provided by Zhenjiang Jiuzhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "WaoxAI" or "we") on the basis of this User Agreement. Please read it carefully. The services we provide to you (also referred to as the "User") also require you to comply with other terms and service guidelines (including but not limited to the WaoxAI Service Description, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, etc., collectively referred to as the "Other Rules"), which you should read at the same time to ensure that you fully understand all terms and rules and accept them together. This Agreement may be updated by us at any time without further notice, and users may review the latest version of the agreement terms on the waox.ai website, the WeChat Official Account and the "WaoxAI" APP software. After the agreement terms are modified and updated, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services we provide; the user's continued use of the services we provide will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.
1. Account Registration
1.1 Before using the Services, the user is required to register a "WaoxAI" account. There are two ways to register a "WaoxAI" account:
1.1.1 Log in using a third-party login method permitted by us (such as authorized login with a WeChat account, etc.). Based on the joint authorization of the operator of the third-party application and the user, we will read the information and materials that the user has authorized to be made public in the third-party account, and the scope of such public information shall be subject to the scope authorized by the user. Based on the third-party account information that the user has authorized to be made public, we will register a corresponding "WaoxAI" account for the user;
1.1.2 The user registers a "WaoxAI" account through the account application procedure, submits to us the currently complete and accurate registration information (including but not limited to email address, mobile phone number, etc.), and after passing verification, we will allocate to the user a WaoxAI account consisting of an email address set by the user.
1.1.3 Provided that the user complies with the account usage rules, the user will obtain the right to use the account. We reserve the right to reclaim the "WaoxAI" account based on operational needs and norms (including but not limited to circumstances where the user has not logged into the account for more than one year or where the user has committed acts in violation of this Agreement).
1.2 A "WaoxAI" account is our credential for identifying users. The user shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login account. Users shall not transfer, lend or share their accounts in any form. The user agrees to be responsible for all activities that occur under their account. If the user is under the age of eighteen, they must use our services with the participation of a guardian.
1.3 In accordance with the provisions of the currently effective laws, regulations and normative documents of China, the user agrees that they are obliged to ensure the authenticity and validity of the personal information they provide, and are also obliged to promptly notify us to update such information when the relevant information or materials change; otherwise, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the user.
1.4 We have the right to restrict, freeze or terminate the user's use of the "WaoxAI" account in accordance with the currently effective relevant laws and regulations of China and the service guidelines, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
2. User Privacy Protection
2.1 If we discover, or receive a report or complaint from others, that a user has violated the provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to review and delete the relevant content at any time without notice, and to impose penalties on the violating account depending on the severity of the circumstances, including but not limited to warnings, account bans and bans on certain functions, and to notify the user of the handling result.
2.2 Users banned for violating the User Agreement may contact us——users banned from functions will automatically have the banned functions restored upon expiry of the ban period; banned users may submit an appeal, and we will decide whether to change the penalty measures after review.
2.3 The user agrees that we have the right to impose penalties for acts that violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement, and to take appropriate legal action against users who violate laws and regulations; the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
2.4 The user agrees that, in respect of any claims or losses asserted by third parties arising from their violation of this Agreement, the user shall compensate us and our cooperating and affiliated companies and hold them harmless.
3. Standards for Content Published by Users
3.1 The user undertakes that, in the course of using "WaoxAI"-related products and services, they shall not engage in the following acts with respect to any content produced, published or disseminated; otherwise, we have the right to completely suspend or terminate the provision of services to you, and where necessary, we have the right to report your relevant violations to the competent authorities.
3.1.1 The user must comply with the following content prohibited by laws, regulations and the government, specifically including:
(1) Opposing the basic principles stipulated in the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Harming the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic solidarity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policies, or promoting cults and feudal superstition;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, homicide or terrorist content, or abetting crime;
(8) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon their lawful rights and interests;
(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
(10) Publishing false information, or misappropriating others' materials or impersonating others' names;
(11) Coercing or inducing other users to follow, or click on, linked pages and information content;
(12) Fabricating facts to mislead or deceive others;
(13) Using technical means to create a large number of fake accounts;
(14) Using a "WaoxAI" account to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
(15) Failing to accept the supervision and administration of the relevant competent authorities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
(16) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "WaoxAI", or are not authorized by us.
3.1.2 The user shall be responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and validity of the information published and transmitted on "WaoxAI"; any legal liability arising therefrom shall be borne by the user alone and is unrelated to us; if actual damage is thereby caused to us or a third party, the user shall provide compensation in accordance with law.
3.1.3 The services we provide may contain advertisements. The user agrees that advertising information provided by us and by third-party suppliers and partners may be displayed in the course of using "WaoxAI" products and services. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, the user shall be solely responsible for transactions conducted based on the aforementioned advertising information, and we shall not bear any liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 We solemnly remind users to carefully read the provisions of this Agreement that exempt us from liability and limit users' rights. Minors should read this Agreement accompanied by a guardian.
4.2 The validity and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes hereunder shall be governed by the currently effective laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and us, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent people's court at our place of domicile for resolution through litigation.
4.3 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
4.4 The final right to interpret this Agreement belongs to us.
